I finished my first PS3 game! Folklore is utterly awesome. Beautiful graphics, excellent music, fantastic characters, and the most twisted storyline I've ever seen in a video game. It's like a fairytale murder mystery! I swear someone plucked the idea right out of my brain and made it far more interesting than I could've dreamed up. Sadly, it's not a massively popular game so the company has said there will be no sequels. Bummer. I would've liked to see more of those characters. I may have to try my hand at some fanart.

My (married) housemates had their first child: Lily! She's surprisingly adorable despite the fact that I'm not fond of small children in any form. She's a fierce little thing. Congrats to them.

It does mean that my weekends will be fairly free for a while, so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have enough energy to go through my vacation photos (finally). We'll see how it goes.
